ClassBento strives to provide customers with an accurate understanding of the classes, experiences and kits available on our website; whilst ensuring that the teachers using ClassBento are not defamed.
To achieve this, ClassBento publishes all reviews provided by customers, unless the customer had opted for the review to be posted privately, or if the review violates our content moderation policy. Reviews that violate one or more clauses below will be removed.
- The review is factually inaccurate
- The review is malicious, abusive or offensive (e.g. sexist, racist)
- The review is made by someone who has a conflict of interest (e.g. a competitor of ClassBento or the teacher)
- The review contains illegal content
- The review makes personal remarks and/or derogatory statements about teachers, rather than professional ones based upon their experience with ClassBento
- The review is off-topic
- There are already other published reviews on ClassBento, made by the same underlying customer, for this experience
- The reviewer had not actually experienced the service/product in full, and this was not the fault of the teacher or ClassBento - e.g. the reviewer did not attend the class, or arrived more than 15 minutes late to the class
- The review mentions products or services that were not advertised as being available as part of the ticket purchase
